We use cookies on our site. Any information gathered on our site is not divulged to any third party except in the case of payments. Client security and privacy is of the utmost importance to us.

 

Payment Authorisation

If a payment is not authorised or verified by your bank or card issuer, we will contact you advising of this via email. Please note, some banks may move your funds to a reserve or holding location while they are being verified. This does not mean that we have taken payment from you.

If your payment is authorised but we require further information, we will reach out to via email with all the details required and information explaining why we need this.

If we’re unable to resolve the issue, a full refund will be authorised to your original payment method.

 

Payment Plans

A R Photography is proud to offer payment plans to help you spread the cost of your package over multiple payments.

The terms for these plans are outlined in your contract, and will be unique for each client. Each plan will vary depending on the time frame between the start of the contract and the date of the event the contract has been entered into for.

All payments must be made on time and without delay. Any client that fails to meet the payment terms outlined within the contract may be subject to cancellation without refund.

 

Complaints

Here are A R Photography we aim to provide the highest level of service, however if you feel that we have not met this, please don’t hesitate to contact us and we will work on resolving the issue.

All emails will be responded to as soon as possible, but please be aware that during busy periods it can take up to 5 working days to get back to you.

 

Third Party Website Links

We may, at any point, use links on our website to external websites. The websites are not vetted by us, and we have no control over the contents. A R Photography does not take liability in respect of these websites being used.

 

English Law

Any content on and any contract entered into as a result of using this website are governed by and construed under English Law. The parties to any such contract agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. All contracts are concluded in English. We reserve the right to change our terms & conditions from time to time
